For nearly a decade, Cruz Uriarte has been a real estate and mortgage professional in southern California, providing tailored service to each individual homebuyer. Known and respective in the local community, Cruz Uriarte has built an independent real estate and mortgage office that believes in giving back to the community. A local native, whose first experiences in sales and entrepreneurship was at the Paramount Swap Meet; Cruz turned his early business experiences into understanding the mortgage side of home purchases for five years prior to representing sellers and buyers of single family and multi-family residences. He currently owns and operates an office with a staff of seven that includes six Realtors, a mortgage processor and general office coordinator. He leads the team to maintain one-on one connection with clients and serve as valuable components in a multi-faceted real estate business. Cruz Uriarte has fostered a reputation for understanding buyers and sellers and helping them to identify their needs. He is proud of the relationships he builds with his clients and often works with owners for years, helping them grow and meet the changing needs of family and location, while advising them how to maximize the return on their investment. Cruz Uriarte strongly believes in returning to the community and has devised the Buy, Finance and Save program. Once the buyer elects to use our vast array of mortgage lenders in conjunction with their purchase, Cruz Uriarte will credit the buyer up to $3,000 in closing costs or donate to a charity or organization on the buyer’s behalf. Cruz Uriarte is a frequent guest lecturer at Fullerton Community College in their real estate program. He is currently completing his Masters of Business Administration at the University of California’s, Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business. He has also served his country in the U.S. Army as an enlisted infantryman and the Military Intelligence Corp as a commissioned officer. Despite all the demands of a successful real estate career, Cruz Uriarte is fully committed to balancing work and family. He and his children Jessica, Erica, Chris, Alex and Belinda live and thrive in the local community.
